Chai & Breakfast Spots Near the Ghats

Banaras runs on chai. A few spots we love:
Near Assi: Small stalls right on the ghat—basic, strong chai, best with the view.
Near Dashashwamedh: Plenty of kullad chai and bun-maska; grab a seat on the steps.
Poha & jalebi: Ask any local for the nearest "nasta" spot; they'll point you to a gem.
